Hide trash cans, hide water and garden hoses, turn off water sprinklers, clean up the yard, remove the For Sale sign
Declutter the kitchen counters, hide cords and remote controls, open blinds or shades where there are nice exterior views, turn off ceiling fans, turn on lights
Fully clean and stage the property before the day of the photo shoot. All pets should be removed from the property or tied up out of the way. We love pets, but they can get in the way of great photos or even prevent the photographer from working. People should also plan to be off of the property as photos often

Virtual Tours

A virtual tour is multiple 360° images of a particular location. It includes a sequence of videos or still images, and it allows people to view an entire area without having to be physically present. The viewer is in control of what they are viewing.
An important attribute of virtual tours is it is interactive. The viewer has the ability to control what part of the 360˚ view they are looking at, they can pan around the entire view, and the viewer also has control of changing the view when they are ready.
A virtual tour gives the viewer an incredible opportunity to view and learn about the subject matter of what they are viewing, such as a retail store setup or an office view. The viewer is in control of what they are viewing. The viewer may be able to see an entire panoramic scene or zoom in to get a closer look at a particular area.
People often confuse video tours and virtual tours. They are very different. A video is not interactive and a virtual tour is. Virtual tours should not be confused with video tours, even though both types of tours may be of similar content. Videos and video tours only allow users to see one point of view at any given time.
A Viewing Spaces virtual tour can include videos, in addition to or in place of still photos. These videos would likely be short, under 1 minute, provide a 360˚ view, interactive, and controlled by the viewer.

The hosting service stores your website files, provides backup services and provides tools to manage your website. We will gladly walk you through the process of purchasing your own hosting service. You would own all the sign in credentials (including passwords) so that you’re not depending on anyone except yourself.
You can purchase hosting with companies which also provide web building services, like Squarespace and WIX. But you are responsible for building your site and managing your site. There is a learning curve to do both. There is additional effort when you want to update your site, add landing pages, pop-ups and implement email campaigns. Viewing Spaces has the knowledge to help with these tasks. In addition, if you decide to create a more robust website, include a blog or a store, we recommend you use Viewing Spaces services to develop and manage this type of situation. We believe you have better things to do with your business than learn about this type of technology. Would you do your own legal work or hire an attorney to do the work for you?

While SEO marketing may require a minimum of 6 months, or likely 12 months to realize benefits, GMB can usually see results in a much shorter time period.
